About the event
PATH Relational Reflection for Couples
A Guided Process in Relational Seeing and Emotional Understanding
Most couples spend years communicating without ever fully learning how to reflect together.
PATH Relational Reflection for Couples is a structured relational process designed to help partners move beyond reaction, assumption, and defensiveness by slowing down and deeply examining what has been received, given, overlooked, and carried within the relationship.
Through guided reflective inquiry, intentional pauses, and emotionally safe facilitation, couples are invited to explore one another with greater clarity and less blame. Rather than focusing on conflict resolution alone, the process helps couples rediscover relational awareness, emotional presence, and mutual understanding.
Rooted in trauma-informed principles and inspired by Eastern contemplative traditions, this process encourages couples to move away from proving, defending, or fixing, and toward seeing.
