IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCES
What is a PATH Retreat
A PATH retreat is a structured immersion in the Psychology of Alignment Toward Harmony. It is not a wellness holiday. It is not psychotherapy. It is a deliberate pause for people who are ready to do deep work — whether they are navigating challenge, seeking clarity, or simply longing to realign.

We work with the PATH Framework as a map for self-cultivation. Through reflection, somatic practice, relational dialogue, and philosophical inquiry, participants move from regulation to awareness to integration — not as concepts, but as embodied experience.

These are small-cohort experiences, held in locations that invite slowness and depth.

The Progressive Pathway

PATH retreats are designed around a progressive pathway. Each retreat builds on the one before. Participants move from regulation to awareness to integration — not as concepts, but as embodied experience.

You do not need to be "functioning well" to begin. You need only to be ready to enter the work. If you are currently in acute crisis or require clinical containment, PATH Psychotherapy may be the better starting point. You are welcome to inquire, and we will help you find the right door.
