Therapy
Healing that honours your culture, your story, and your pace
How Therapy Works Here
I work primarily online with clients across APAC, with in-person sessions available in Singapore and during scheduled visits throughout the region. This hybrid model means continuity: we maintain the thread of the work online, and deepen it when geography allows us to meet in person.
My approach is calm, honest, and gently challenging. Respectful of culture, family, and faith. Focused on both insight and practice: how you live, love, lead, and make decisions.
The PATH Approach
PATH Psychotherapy is a process-based therapeutic approach grounded in Chinese philosophical psychology that guides individuals from rigid identity patterns and emotional avoidance toward inner freedom, relational harmony, and balanced engagement with life.
This is not Western therapy with Chinese philosophy added. It is not a fusion. It is a Chinese-origin psychotherapy for global application — a complete clinical system with its own model of the self, derived from Confucian relationality, Daoist flow, and Buddhist awareness.

Focus Areas
-
Trauma and complex PTSD
-
Vicarious trauma, burnout, and moral distress in helping and leadership roles
-
Domestic and interpersonal violence, self-harm, addiction, and family systems under strain
-
Cross-cultural and identity struggles, including shame, belonging, and faith
-
High-functioning anxiety and midlife spiritual realignment
-
Grief, loss, and complex family histories

What to Expect
When you work with me, you are entering PATH Psychotherapy — not a set of techniques, but a process of alignment. We explore your story through the six dimensions of PATH: cognitive, affective, relational, philosophical, somatic, and spiritual.
We might explore your story through language, images, body awareness, reflective exercises, or quiet questions that stay with you long after the session. We might talk about boundaries, forgiveness, or what it means to grow older without betraying yourself. We might also sit in silence and let your nervous system catch up.
SOME QUESTIONS WE OFTEN HOLD TOGETHER
-
How do I honour my history without being trapped by it?
-
How do I care for others without disappearing?
-
What does "a good life" mean for me now, in this season?
