Trauma-informed leadership and psychological safety across APAC
THE REALITY
When the Work Hurts the People Doing It
Safety teams. Crisis responders. Healthcare workers. Educators. Leaders in high-exposure roles. These people are expected to stay calm while holding everyone else's pain. Over time, this creates vicarious trauma, burnout, moral injury, and silent resignation.
I help organizations build the structures and cultures that protect their people — not just their productivity.

CREDIBILITY
Why Work With Inner Quest?
I am the founder of PATH — a psychological framework and therapeutic approach that integrates Eastern philosophical thought with contemporary clinical methodology. My corporate work draws on the PATH Framework (systems thinking, alignment, and harmony) while my clinical work operates through PATH Psychotherapy (trauma-informed, process-based, transcultural)."
I am not a management consultant who read a book about trauma. I am a Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) who spent four years consulting for Airbnb's APAC Safety Operations, supporting teams who handle the hardest user reports in the world. Before that, I spent twenty years in regional corporate leadership across Asia. I know what KPI pressure feels like. I also know what happens when organizations forget that their people are human.
MY APPROACH INTEGRATES:
✓ Trauma science and clinical rigor
✓ Cross-cultural fluency (English, Mandarin, Hokkien, Cantonese)
✓ Eastern philosophical wisdom and Western evidence-based methods
✓ Real organizational experience, not just theory
